Multi-HR Day for Sperber as River Rats Overpower Expos, 8-2
|
The Columbia River Rats topped the Niagara Falls Expos by the score of 8-2, with the largest share of the credit going to center fielder Murray Sperber. Sperber was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the River Rats. Clyde Bavin was the winning pitcher.
