Ashton Bailey made an impact in the 4-3 Washington win over Niagara Falls. Bailey was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Washington reliever Bo Zhào picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. William Penn was saddled with the loss. Sherman Harrison finished to wrap up his 2nd save.

Bailey had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Generals went on to win.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Niagara Falls manager Dave Ross said following the tough loss.

The Expos, at 2-10, have stumbled out of the gate.
