Revolution Topple Dragoons with Late Rally
|
Daniel Edwards never let the Dragoons get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his change up, to pitch the Revolution to a 3-1 win. Júlio Romero recorded his 10th save for York. The Revolution improved to a lofty 28-11.
York third baseman Ryoma Yamamoto changed the complexion of the game in the top of the eighth inning. That's when he belted a 2-run home run off Edmond McCord. His 1st home run of the season put York in front, 2-1.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said York manager Glenn Draper. "It's usually not just one thing."
