A nice crowd turned out to see the Grim Reapers and Alameda Airmen clash at Alameda Field.

The Grim Reapers picked up a win at Alameda Field, knocking off the Alameda Airmen, 6-0. Starting pitcher Tom Scots played a key role in the triumph. Scots, the winner, moves to 1-2. He threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 8 and giving up 1 walk.

Semo Hoaloha hit a 2-run double off Carlos Rodríguez in the top of the first, which put the Reapers in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Hoaloha had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said Scots.

Grim bumps their record to 11-16 with the win.
