Behind a solid performance from first baseman Pacu Martic, the Springfield Shooters defeated the Chesapeake Continentals, 12-1. Martic went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Shooters. Marcos Tejedor got the win, improving to 4-3.
