Victory Pushes Silver Sox Record to 7-4
The Northville Eclipse got a superb performance from center fielder Sidney Mackell, but the Reno Silver Sox still won the game, 4-3. Mackell was named the player of the game despite the loss. He was 2-2 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs. The win was credited to Quaide Weimerskirch in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jeff Greer took the loss. The Silver Sox raised their record to 7-4.

The Silver Sox got a big at-bat from second baseman Landon Edwards. For the game, Edwards was 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Reno a 3-1 lead.
