Calgary beat Santa Barbara at Lynx Stadium, escaping with a 3-2 win. The win in large part was due to designated hitter Michael Ward, who earned player of the game honors. He was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Calgary now sits in 6th place in the Premier AAA at 40-49.

Luis Delvalle was the walk-off hero for Calgary. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Lynx third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
