Extra-Inning Win by Longnecks over Fighting Dachsunds
The Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds got a superb performance from pitcher José Macías, but the Bloomington Longnecks still won the game, 6-5. Macías was named the player of the game despite the loss. He came in in relief and pitched to 20 batters . Reliever Tomás Galván picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. José Macías took the loss. Bloomington is now 43-40. Ellenburg is 33-50.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Bloomington third baseman Frank Crocker, facing Garrett Harrington, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Longnecks the 6-5 win.

"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Bloomington manager .
