Hotspur Reserves Suffer 6-4 Loss to Golden Cranes
|
Getting a good performance from designated hitter Jin-song Seah, the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes defeated the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves, 6-4. Seah went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Golden Cranes. Kagetoki Matsubara was the winner. Over 7 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 7 hits, with 5 walks and 5 strikeouts. Santa Barbara, at 39-34, occupies 4th place in the Premier AAA.
Seah had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a first pitch sinker from Alberto Solís, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Golden Cranes a 6-4 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Seah.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Seah.
