Late Rally by Longnecks Secures Win
Nassim El-Badwi pitched a gem to lead Bloomington to a 1-0 victory over the Bakersfield Nobles. The Longnecks bumped their record to 35-31 with this latest triumph.

Carlos Cardona was the walk-off hero for Bloomington. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Longnecks catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," El-Badwi said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
