The Myrtle Beach Seahawks turned back the Hogsmeade Cauldrons, 5-4, at Seahwaks Stadium. Justin Forbes was named player of the game for his fine performance. He went 2-2 with 2 singles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Myrtle Beach, now 3-5, is off to a slow start.

Anastasio Flores went 1-5 with a double for Myrtle Beach. The 20-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two out and a runner on 1st, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring double off Kian-tat Ts'ai. It was his 6th double of the season.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Flores told a Myrtle Beach Bulletin reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
