The Salt Lake City Buzz outlasted the Royse City Targaryens in an extra-inning thriller.

Royse City left fielder Cristo Cuervo had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 6-5, to Salt Lake City at Royse City Stadium. Cuervo was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Salt Lake City reliever Gregory Bahena picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-0. Ricardo Gómez was collared with the loss. Luis Bejarano was credited with the save for Salt Lake City, his 8th of the season.
