Rails Continue Skid Thanks to Rweikiza, Athletic Club KC Academy
The Athletic Club KC Academy met little resistance from the Richland Rails, beating them 12-3 at Rails Ballpark. Abdallah Rweikiza led the way. He was 3-4 with a triple and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for Athletic Club KC Academy. Adam Oldenkamp got the win, improving to 5-3. He held the Rails to 3 earned runs on 4 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 3 and walking 3. Tetsunori Ikarashi closed the door for Athletic Club KC Academy, picking up his 1st save of the year.
