Red Pandas Sneak Past Fog, 4-3
|
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas turned back the Sunset District Fog, 4-3, at The Bamboo Forest. Eddie Flynn was named player of the game for his fine performance. He was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Red Pandas now have a mark of 44-44.
Flynn had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-1 fastball from Artie Best, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Red Pandas a 4-3 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Flynn.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Flynn said.
