Halberds Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras
With third baseman Jordan Hollins leading the charge, the Alloway Halberds defeated the Tortolita Drummers, 6-5, at Drummers Ballpark. Hollins, who is rated as the 89th best prospect by BNN, went 3-3 with a triple, a double, and 3 walks, while scoring 3 runs. Alloway now sits at 26-50, while Tortolita falls to 33-43.

Hollins had a game-changing double in the top of the 11th. On a first pitch changeup from Gerardo García, he banged a run-scoring double to left, giving the Halberds a 5-4 lead. It was the 9th double of the year for Hollins.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Tortolita manager Arturo Chávez. "But we decided not to take it."
