Hamilton Coyotes starter Nelson Cuevas had all his pitches working at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 11-2 Hamilton win over the Augusta Timber Hawks. Neal Davis picked up the save for Hamilton, his 1st of the year. Hamilton now has a 3-game win streak.

Brandon Carroll had a big 2-run single for the Coyotes in the bottom of the third inning. With Hamilton trailing 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from Roy Alsobrook and stroked the single to center. It was his 6th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Coyotes ahead, 2-1.

Augusta manager Justin Trewhells said his team was "out of sync."
