Snowpeople Hurler Named July's Top Starter Sunday, August 1st, 2032 Tomás Mata of Ellesmere Island had an outstanding July with a 5-1 mark and was chosen the Pitcher of the Month in the M3L Rookie. He topped off the month with a 1.60 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 39.1 innings, fanned 41 and held opposing teams to a .217 average. To date this year Mata has compiled a 8-4 mark with a 2.52 ERA in 11 starts. |
