Negrón on Fire, Strikes out 15 Canonniers de Quebec Sunday, July 25th, 2032 Ramón Negrón of the Bompton Baby Lakers put on a pitching clinic today at Paints Ballpark as he struck out 15 Canonniers de Quebec in a 6-0 victory. Negrón was simply magnificent as he held the Canonniers de Quebec to 4 hits. He walked 2. "I felt okay at the beginning," Negrón said, "but eventually my cutter really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Negrón's performance, Baby Lakers manager Jake Jones shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today.
