Week's Best Player Honored by PAA Monday, September 13th, 2032 Arturo Scantlebury burst onto the USPL Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for Asheville garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 24-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .750 (3-for-4) with 3 home runs and 5 RBIs last week. This season Scantlebury is hitting .316 with 98 hits, 15 home runs, 55 RBIs, scored 44 runs and played in 78 games. |
