See-to Hits in 20 Straight Games Wednesday, September 1st, 2032 The Northville Eclipse may have proven to be mere mortals today as they lost 8-6 to the Marquette Miners, but Xi-ku See-to continued to hit like a god. The left fielder collected 1 hit in 4 at-bats in the loss and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. "See-to is playing great and is on fire right now," Eclipse manager Juan Padilla said. "Hopefully his play can spark the rest of our team and help us pick up some wins." See-to was apparently not happy with the game and when pressed by reporters in the locker room only said "nothing else matters but the loss." Xi-ku See-to flied out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Benjamin Busto in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. See-to is hitting .258 this year with 11 home runs and 49 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .317, 27 walks and scored 49 times. |
