Lannister United First Baseman Nets SAA Award Monday, August 23rd, 2032 24-year-old Sean Scheetz made a few Lannister United headlines during this past week as the rookie first baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 8 hits in 20 at-bats to put up a .400 average. Scheetz collected 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. This season Scheetz is swinging the bat at a .233 pace.
