Tacoma No Match for Crockett Saturday, August 21st, 2032 Long Island Seawolves fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Jamey Crockett blanked the Tacoma Fur Traders, 21-0 at Ballpark of Remsen today. Crockett stopped them on 1 hit while walking 0 and striking out 9. "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Seawolves skipper Matt Helsley said. "He was on top of his game in this one." So far this year Crockett has made 5 starts, tossed 38 innings, struck out 38 batters and walked 8. His record is 5-0 with a 3.08 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .221 batting average.
