Kiyomizu Earns 3AA Player of the Week Monday, July 5th, 2032 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Shunso Kiyomizu of the Casper Ghosts reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Kiyomizu rocked opposing pitching for a .545 average (12-for-22), no home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Kiyomizu is swinging the bat at a .303 rate with 61 hits in 201 at-bats. To date he has hit 1 home run, scored 25 runs and driven in 19. |
