Garza Nabs 3AA Outstanding Hitter Award Saturday, October 9th, 2032 Carlos Garza of the Irving Blue Sox had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2032. The 26-year-old right fielder put up a .323 average and a .404 on-base percentage, piling up 131 hits, 19 doubles, 3 triples, 23 home runs, 77 RBIs and 64 runs scored. Mike Goff of the Belvedere Park Rawhides finished second in voting, while Bob Phillips of the Casper Ghosts finished third. |
