Irving's Garza Chosen 3AA Batter of the Month Wednesday, September 1st, 2032 Carlos Garza is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Irving right fielder joined that select company when the M3L Double A announced the results of August's voting. Garza totaled 34 hits, 10 walks, 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and 15 runs scored last month to put together a .391 batting average and .449 on-base percentage. Garza is swinging at a .329 pace on the year with 21 home runs, 71 RBIs and 56 runs scored. He has played in 90 games. |
