Shaw Earns 3AA Player of the Week Monday, August 2nd, 2032 So far in his young career, Alan Shaw has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Ottawa Nationals center fielder hit at a torrid .529 clip as he collected 9 hits in 17 at-bats, 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Shaw is swinging at a .355 pace on the year with 4 home runs, 22 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has played in 43 games. |
