Patrick Eggen Out for Season Sunday, August 29th, 2032 A blow for Patrick Eggen today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 9-10 months with a torn labrum. Eggen suffered the injury colliding with a player at a base. Although officials from the Pennsauken Flyers are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Eggen's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Eggen is hitting .254 this year with no home runs and 18 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .343, 32 walks and scored 29 times. |
