Red-Hot Silander Scorches Black Sox Wednesday, July 28th, 2032 Chad Silander really sizzled at the plate in today's 15-6 win over Black Sox. The Pawnee second baseman blistered Baltimore for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Silander was too tough to get out today," the Black Sox skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Chad Silander struck out in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 8th and doubled in the 9th.
