PAAA Honors Key West First Baseman Monday, August 30th, 2032 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USPL Triple A, but last week John Hansen of the Key West Coral Reefers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hansen rocked opposing pitching for a .667 average (10-for-15), no home runs and 2 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Hansen is swinging the bat at a .327 rate with 80 hits in 245 at-bats. To date he has hit 5 home runs, scored 31 runs and driven in 34. |
