Allerdale Nabs 3AAA Outstanding Hitter Award Thursday, October 7th, 2032 He may have less experience than most of his M3L Triple A peers, but that didn't slow Doug Allerdale down at all in 2032. At the age of 23, the Alaskan catcher has been named the winner of the M3L Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. He had a .323 batting average and a .389 on-base percentage this year. In 84 games he piled up 107 hits, 22 doubles, 1 triple, 18 home runs, 69 RBIs and 65 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." Danny Trautmann of the Alaskan Humpbacks finished second in voting, while Tim Stinson of the Alaskan Humpbacks finished third. |
