Robertson Rips Echo Park for 5 Hits Thursday, July 29th, 2032 Scott Robertson put on a hitting clinic today as the Kingston Township Legion dumped the Echo Park Lakers 8-7 at Cloverdale Legion Park. The Kingston Township third baseman made Echo Park defenders earn their pay, lashing Echo Park pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it." "Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Robertson said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch." Scott Robertson hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, walked in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
