António Mendoza Named Premier SL Player Monday, November 1st, 2032 Thunder Bay's António Mendoza put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2032 United States Silver League Outstanding Hitter Award. The 27-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .317 average, picking up 126 hits, 14 doubles, 5 triples, 16 home runs and 60 RBIs, while scoring 79 runs. Yao-pang Chiang of the D.C. Divided finished second in voting, while Anselmo Berneu of the Richardson City Thundercats finished third. |
