Hit Streak Now at 20 for Yacoobi Sunday, July 18th, 2032 The Grim Reapers fell to the Valley Blue Sox in The Coffin today, even as 19-year-old third baseman Bearooz Yacoobi upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Yacoobi finished with 1 hit in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Reapers from dropping the 4-1 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Yacoobi. Bearooz Yacoobi flied out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and singled in the 9th. Yacoobi is hitting .280 so far this season with 29 RBIs and 34 runs scored.
