Gunner Named SA Batter of the Month Sunday, August 1st, 2032 Jonathan Gunner may be much younger than other hitters in the USSL Single A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old Yellowknife center fielder hit .378 with 2 home runs, 17 RBIs and 15 runs scored. In 69 games this season Gunner is batting .292 with 79 hits and 6 home runs. He has scored 38 runs and driven in 35. |
