Xuan-ling Chen Named Premier 3A Player Friday, September 24th, 2032 He may have less experience than most of his M3L Single A peers, but that didn't slow Xuan-ling Chen down at all in 2032. At the age of 22, the Mancelona right fielder has been named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award. He had a .304 batting average and a .404 on-base percentage this year. In 95 games he piled up 104 hits, 24 doubles, 3 triples, 21 home runs, 68 RBIs and 56 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." Pat Lloyd of the Louisiana Dragoons finished second in voting, while Mo-ruo Teoh of the Grand Forks Caterpillars finished third. |
