Cranford, Express Sink Thundercats Again in Game
The Wizarding Express moved to within one game of the Round 2 today, downing the Richardson City Thundercats on the road at The Thunder Dome by a score of 12-2. Express center fielder Ralph Cranford was named player of the game after he went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The win gives the Express a - advantage in the best-of- Silver League Championship.

Paul Penrice hit a 2-run triple off Stanford McCain in the top of the first, which put the Express in front, 2-0. Penrice had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 5.

Cranford told a Wizarding Citizen reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
