Harris Excels, Winter Haven Blows Out Capital Hill
Fans at Roadrunners Stadium were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown Winter Haven Sun Sox take on the Capital Hill Interns.

The Winter Haven Sun Sox handed the Capital Hill Interns a sound defeat, 13-1, at Roadrunners Stadium. Grady Harris was a main contributor to the win. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for Winter Haven. Gao Mar picked up the win with 7.1 innings of work. He allowed 1 earned run on 7 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 11. On the season, he is now 4-0.

Ronaldo Gentil hit a bases-clearing triple off Yeijiro Sakei in the bottom of the second, which put the Sun Sox in front, 3-0. Gentil had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.
