|
Gibtown right fielder Kevin McIndeor was instrumental in his team's 6-4 win over the Tulsa Otters. McIndeor, who is tied for 6th in the PR in RBI with 16, went 2-4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Elephants. Gibtown has now won 7 games in a row.
McIndeor had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 0-1 fastball from Chi-hun Ch'oe, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Elephants a 6-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for McIndeor.
"I believe in our guys," said Gibtown skipper Harris Bailey. "I like the energy they're playing with."
