The Tulsa Otters got a strong performance from pitcher Jason Todd, who stymied the Surprise offense en route to a 10-1 win at Ballpark of Hughesville. The Shockers fall to 6-8 and continue to sputter in the early going.

The Otters got a big at-bat from left fielder Zee-loo Li. For the game, Li was 1-4 with a double. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 1st double of the season gave Tulsa a 2-1 lead.

"We were firing on all cylinders today," said Otters manager Eugene Jackson.
