The Chicago Tula eked out a 6-5 win versus the Gwinnett County Black Cats at Pipers Ballpark. Nobody did more than right fielder Sean Worley, who captured player of the game honors. Earning his 3rd save of the year was Keith Johnson. Chicago is now 21-30.

Chicago took control in the top of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, Román Sánchez hit a run-scoring single to make it 6-5, Tula.

"I know we have our doubters," said Gwinnett County manager Kenny Billings. "But I still have high hopes for this team."
