The Richardson City Thundercats defeated the Ft. Worth Cattlemen, 10-5. Earning player of the game honors was first baseman Tomás Martínez, who went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Richardson City reliever Armando Gonzáles picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Jorge Castillo absorbed the loss.
