Richardson City catcher Anselmo Berneu had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 6-5, to Philadelphia 1776 at Ben Franklin Memorial Coliseum. Berneu went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs. Philadelphia 1776 reliever Tony Solíz picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Ricardo Gómez was saddled with the loss. The BC, with just their 2nd win so far in 2032, have yet to catch fire.

Kevin Malone was the walk-off hero for Philadelphia 1776. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the BC catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
