Big Day for Cummings as Rails Down Loons, 13-7
Dan Cummings made an impact in the 13-7 Richland win over Minnesota. Cummings was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Richland reliever Armando Ríos was credited with the win, to go to 4-4. Steve Monroe took the loss for Minnesota. Richland, at 38-63, occupies 9th place in the Premier AA.

Luis León aided the Richland cause with a 2-run triple in the top of the first. For the game, the second baseman went 2-5 with a triple and a double. He drove in 2 runs.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Cummings.
