Old-Timers Park was the site of a competitive game between the Northville Eclipse and Mercer Island Screaming Eagles.

Behind a solid performance from center fielder Yu-shu Kang, the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Northville Eclipse, 5-3. Kang was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Screaming Eagles. The win was José Sauls's in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Nebosja Draskovic took the loss for Northville. Leo Ingelbrigtsen earned the save for Mercer Island, his 7th.

Kang had a big at-bat with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the second inning, when he hit a 2-run double. The Screaming Eagles went on to win.

"I was able to barrel up some pitches," said Kang.

The Screaming Eagles have an impressive 60-37 record.
