Love Boats Rally to Eke Out Win
A 3-RBI performance from Shihei Kichikawa, who is tied for 4th in the PAA in runs scored with 62, helped the Lake Minnetonka Love Boats beat the Springfield Shooters, 7-6. Pancho Mastache got credit for the win, improving to 4-3. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. Today's win puts Lake Minnetonka at 58-38, while Springfield falls to 42-54.

Lake Minnetonka won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With no outs and Cristián Moreno on the mound for Springfield, catcher Guillermo Carrizales hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Love Boats fans to their feet.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Carrizales told the Lake Minnetonka Gazette.
