Late Rally by Sixshooters Secures Win
|
Westwood Sixshooters starter Scott Morrison turned in a sterling performance against the San Antonio BC, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. The Sixshooters have an impressive 42-23 record.
Aurelio Jiménez was the walk-off hero for Westwood. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sixshooters catcher hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.
Morrison said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
