A nice crowd turned out to see the Pennsauken Flyers and Tremont Doubledays clash at Doubledays Stadium.

The exploits of designated hitter Ignacio Martínez helped the Pennsauken Flyers defeat the Tremont Doubledays, 6-2. Martínez went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 2 times. Augusto Ramos got the win, improving to 7-8. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 6 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 2.

Vincente Flores helped out the Pennsauken cause in the top of the third inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the catcher was 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Martínez said.
