Gryfindor and Vermont duked it out at Monster Field and the Braves came out victorious.

The Gryfindor Braves defeated the Vermont Lake Monsters, 3-0, in USSL Triple A action at Monster Field, with Gryfindor pitcher Bradley Roth named player of the game. The Lake Monsters, now 7-5, continue their sluggish start.

Roth scattered 2 hits over 8.1 innings for the Braves. With the win, Roth moves to 2-1 on the year with 26 strikeouts.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Roth told the Gryfindor Bulletin.
