Lionhearts Drop Another One
|
Salem beat Lannister United on the strength of starter Ollie McDaniell's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a 7-3 win. The hot start continues for the defending champion Misfits, who took their 7th win in 10 games this year.
Early in the game, catcher Carlos Salcido had a 2-run single for Salem. It was his 2nd hit of the season and put the Misfits on top, 2-1.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said McDaniell.
