Red Pandas Use Late-Game Magic to Beat BC

Sioux Falls third baseman Herman Hayes was instrumental in his team's 5-3 win over the Houston BC. Hayes went 2-3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Red Pandas. Sioux Falls has now won 3 in a row.
Mick Spargo hit a run-scoring triple off Pepe Delgado in the top of the ninth, which put the Red Pandas in front, 4-3. Spargo had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 2.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Hayes told the Sioux Falls Chronicle.
